State law requires that puppies be rehomed no sooner then 8 weeks of age.This is something I am a firm believer in. They need the time to grow, learn and bond with their mother as well as litter  mates. 

If you find a baby that you are interested in you may inquire about placing a deposit. Please do NOT send deposit until you have confirmed the baby you are inquiring about is available with contract signed.

DEPOSITS-This is to ensure your baby is held for you. Ask about how you can place a deposit on a baby that you are interested in. Puppies will NOT be held without signing a deposit contract and placing a deposit.

FINAL PAYMENTS- Are due in full when your new family member leaves. All Final payments are due in CASH ONLY. 

 If you require a transport and are unable to pick your puppy up in person-Postal Money orders are accepted, but they need to be received the week prior to your puppy leaving. 

Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to receive your new baby or have to back out for any reason, your deposit will be rolled over to a future litter. Deposits are good for one year. 

WE DO NOT DO PAYMENT PLANS. 

Absolutely! We have 3 methods of getting you your new Bundle of Joy.  

1) Pick up in-person

2) Ground transport-Location determines final transportation costs.

3) Flights- We'd be more than happy to travel to our local airport to hand over your new baby.

I have a closed home. Meaning for the safety of my babies and my family - I do not allow visitors. I do, however, offer videos and lots of photos one a week.

There are a variety of things that could go wrong. Our home is a safe haven for all of our Family, FURRY members included! We simply will not allow anybody to our home due to sickness/illness that could be brought on your person during your visit. Our baby's health is very important to us, and that is a priority. 

All of our babies are AKC limited registration, unless otherwise stated. A lot goes in to determining whether a puppy will grow to be a suitable breeder. This isn’t a hobby, this is a passion.

At the time puppies leave our home they all leave with LIMITED rights. If you're interested in breeding (Full rights) I can discuss with you . we raise family pets. We have no guarantee that the pet you buy from us will breed and/or have babies.

No Breeding Guarantee, period. We only breed standard quality dogs but we cant guarantee size, weight, shape, bite, ability to breed. If you have concerns about a puppy, ask before purchase, all puppies are Pet Quality.

We live in a day and age where less than quality is being bred, and I refuse to add to that problem. At our home we have worked hard to have what we have and it took years of work and dedication to be able to provide and share the best with the families that get puppies from us.
